Service policy

Customers' trust and product choice are the driving force for Leandigi's efforts to develop. Leandigi sends you the following sales policy:

1. Quotation
– The quotation is valid for 05 days from the date of quotation. After the above time, if there is a change in price, we will notify customers.
– All quotes include VAT.

2. Payment
– Customers pay 50% when confirming service registration, 50% is paid after Leandigi hands over the product.
– Loyal customers and customers who buy and sell under contract pay according to the terms of the contract.

3. Transportation
For Leandigi physical products that need to be shipped to customers, shipping charges will be quoted according to the specific order.

4. Discounts for customers
We always want to quote the best price to customers when purchasing, so there are no discounts in the price. Loyal customers who buy in large quantities will receive specific incentives for each order and customer.

5. Service deployment or delivery time
Deployment time will be shown in the quote or contract, depending on the quantity of work. We always take credit in all commitments to customers regarding time and quality of goods. Customers can contact sales staff directly to negotiate a time.

6. Warranty policy
Website design and Landing page design services deployed by Leandigi are warranted for a period of 1 year from the date of product handover. Products are warranted as long as they have not been tampered with or edited by a unit other than Leandigi.

7. Refund policy
– Leandigi products and services are refunded 100% according to the contract when: Products are delivered on time, specifications, quantity and quality as committed to the customer. 
– Project-based services with KPI commitments and refund policies will be clearly stated in the implementation contract.
– Immediately after receiving the goods, please carefully check the quantity, quality and product specifications. After 30 days from the date of handover, we will not resolve any issues that arise related to the product/service.
